Sunbeams Play is a registered charity providing a safe, inclusive and caring environment for children and young people aged 5-25 with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
Marcus is 13 years old with autism and learning difficulties. Both parents have their own additional needs and are cared for. Due to low income the family have limited technology and they were unable to access a school laptop. The family were extremely grateful to receive a chrome book and have reported that Marcus regularly uses it to access school work and additional learning and is already showing improved understanding within maths and literacy.
